RDW Group Marketing Internship – Fall 2023

From September to December 2023, I interned at RDW Group, a leading marketing agency in Downtown Providence, RI. I supported both the social media and public relations teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

My responsibilities included attending client meetings, contributing to campaign strategy, creating social media content, drafting a press release, and researching potential new clients. I also helped boost a client’s social media engagement by 5% through optimized captions and content planning.

This internship strengthened my skills in creative thinking, collaboration, and client communication, while giving me a deeper understanding of how to align marketing strategies with diverse business goals.
